You can sign in to your EmblemHealth account to chat with a live agent, send a message to customer service, review patient eligibility, benefits, claims, payments and more. Use the Provider Portal Registration Form if you need help setting up an account for a new tax ID or finding your organization’s assigned provider portal administrator to set you up with a portal account.
